Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product seal is broken.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, please provide valid proof in the form of clear photos or videos.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on your location and courier service availability, deliveries and replacements may take 15–30 days to reach you.
